How we won our IoIC Award – judges feedback

IoIc Awards 2020

Friday 25th September 2020 was an exciting night for the team at nrg. We received our first win at the IoIC National Awards along with an award for excellence.

Best Change / Transformation Communication–Winner

Best Engagement Programme–Award for Excellence

As a business we appreciate that if it weren’t for such fantastic clients and a great creative team, we wouldn’t have won these awards. It is great to know that our business ethics of working in partnership with our clients with authenticity and passion to deliver better outcomes has proven results.

In both sections there were several elements the judges were focusing on:

  1. Does the entry have clear objectives? Is there a properly defined outcome and does the entry understand their audience?
  2. Execution and Skill. Is there evidence of planning and creativity?
  3. Impact. Is it likely to make the audience think, feel and do? Is it something out of the ordinary?
  4. Measurement. Proof the entry has been successful and objectives met?

We are pleased to announce we scored a massive 39/40 (always room for improvement). The general judges’ comments were also complimentary:

“This entry demonstrates perfectly the power to transform business processes and drivecollaboration.”

“The scope and ambitions were broad and matched with impressive outcomes in terms of money and time saved. These successes were based on significant involvement from senior leaders to support the change and great empowerment of teams to innovate and present their ideas to leadership.”

“The programme has clearly provided lasting foundations–both technical and in terms of hearts and minds–which will deliver further benefits in both product deployment and employee engagement in the future.”

We are proud to share this award with the team at GBM IT.
